Santa Fe Waldorf High School came to learn about how the Old Windmill Dairy operates. They assisted in herd management and in the creamery making cheese. We held an open forum for students to ask inquisitive questions. Together Farmers and students learned about community needs.
June 2009
Old Windmill Dairy cheese masters presented cheese making to Los Poblanos Organic CSA customers. In this event cheese making approaches were simplified so that an individual could understand how to make small batches of cheese at home.
